GRC PC 10.0 - Mail personalization

Hi all,

I can't found the way to modify the automated mail.

I would like to write a more comprehensive text with the list of controls and the organization name. Is it possible?

Can somebody explain me how to do it?

Hi,

I did it but after the transport to the Production System it doesn't work and if I try to open the modified text I have the following message:

The message is working in the Development system and the transport was ok.

Do you have any idea?

Try to change the language. Did you create the message in english ou another language?

I dont know if you have alrealdy open the PRD environment to solve, but if not yet

do this:

you need to change the package of the object (se03)

the standart is "

from: $tmp "

to: *****

  (because a temporary package is not transportable)

if you do not have a package  created request to an abap or basis consultant to create

You can personalize the email notifications in the IMG, under the following path:

Workflow -> Workflow E-mail Notifications -> Maintain Workflow Notifications.

The IMG Help for that step explains what you have to do.

Thanks. I get there, but I can't find the way to have a message like:

(some logos in jpg) and other things.
