User missing in change lists list

Dear all,

since a few days we have a strange thing happening in one of our PI systems.

One of our developers isn't showing up in the change lists list of the Enterprise Service Builder anymore.

While a search through "Tools" --> "Find Transports" still shows all his transports you cannot find his username of the PI system in the change lists list, even when filtering for "-All-" users.

What i did so far:

- check his roles for the particular PI system (result: same as other users still showing up in the list)

- check his transports (all transports can still be found by going through the Tools menu)

- check stms transaction (all transports show up here for this particular user)

- check if maybe user roles are in effect in the ESR (nope, nada, nothing)

Anyone experienced the same in the past and how can i solve this problem?

Hi,

Does he still have an opened change list ?

Did you tick all the check boxes under "Change Lists" ? (open, transportable, closed).

It may sound dumb but I already saw it.

No, no opened change list, but all others, including me, don't have any open changelist neither and we still show up in the list.

All check boxes were enabled when i tested this so we don't have any real explanation for this problem.
