Broken link between PReq and ECS PO

Hi all,

SRM 4.0 (Server 500) SP10, Extended Classic, R/3 4.7

For some POs replicated from SRM to R/3, the link to the Requisition (originating from a PM order, or a network) does not appear on the PO line(s). In addition, the link to the PO does not appear on the Req (most of the time :). However, in SRM the full document flow is displayed correctly (Preq-PO-Conf-Inv).

This results in double commitments, and other inconsistencies (e.g. reporting).

Has anyone experienced this system behavior, and if yes what is the resolution?

Yes, the problem was reported to SAP almost a year ago - still under investigation. The latest speculation is that the PReq link is lost somewhere in the Sourcing Cockpit. I'll update the thread if we see the light.

This is not a standard behaviour. It must be happening in some special cases.

Suggest you to respond the OSS message queries from Dev team and return them faster.
