"Multiple" partner data at PO header

Hi all,

SRM 4.0 (Server 500), SP10, Extended Classic

For some POs, some partner data (e.g. Location, Requester) shows up as a "Multiple" hyperlink at PO header - even though all the PO items have the same partner (same location, same requestor).

For some POs like that, if you make a change in the PO and Refresh, the previously "multiple" partner data disappears from the items and the header! The only way to restore this data is to re-type it in the header, and then no more "multiple" links show, and PO is OK to process again.

All this seems to have started happening after Support Pack 10.

Has anyone experienced this system behavior, and if yes what is the resolution?

Thanks for the suggession, Nishant, but I am looking to see if anyone has had this problem, and what the exact resolution is. We're not going to take chances in production.

Looks like I'll have to report the problem to SAP. In the meantime, any input by the glorious community is welcome.
