The Web Dynpro HTML client has a double buffering mechanism for flicker-free screen updates. If you save the HTML, you will only get the content of the first response.

To see what is sent to the browser with every response, you have to use a tool like HttpWatch.

Hi Armin,

What is Webdynpro HTML client? Is it the plug in for Internet Explorer?

No, it denotes the part of the Web Dynpro runtime that handles clients displaying HTML (aka. browsers).

There are different clients e.g. for mobile devices.
