About ABAP certification in malaysia

hi,

  Am having 2 yrs of experience on JAVA... right now planning to shift towards SAP-ABAP... Undergoing  ABAP training in a unauthorised center in bangalore... I have been told that , without involving formal trainings with SAP education, we can straight away take certification exam in malaysia.. is it true?...

And also i would like to know abt Cloud computing in Sap ...

Can anyone pls help me pout on this...

So you are shifting from java to abap so improve your  knowledge on OOABAP, WEB DYNPRO  and do the certification in Bangalore this month end because sap teched is going on for more info PFBL.
