Link missing in SRM POWL (Define new query and Personalize)

Dear Experts

We are having the following version SRM 7.0 and SAP EP 7.3.

Recently we made the modifications by using the component configuration for the POWL to activate the shadow option with POWL.

Webdynpro component: POWL_UI_COMP

Component configuration: /SAPSRM/POWL_CONFIG_SC

By using the allow shading option we fixed the query lock issue with POWL. By this way the same user can open multiple Portal sesion with the same POWL application.

After making the above changes, we are facing the following issue.

The link for Define New query and Personalize is missing in SRM Portal. The text appearing, but still the corresponding link missing. Herewith I have attached the screenshot for the same.

could you please let me know, what we can do to fix this issue?

Dear Hariprasath,

Kindly refer the "OSS note 1692542  - POWL Links disabled when shadowing mode is active" which will resolve your issue .

Hi Ashok,

We are having a similar issue in production where in confirmations are created for the shopping carts then the SC's are disappearing from the SC active list.

To do this, 'Change Query' option should be enabled on the SC screen .

Please provide your valuable inputs. Urgent
