Hi,

I managed to post GR successfully in MIGO but i got this runtime error "PXA_NO_FREE_SPACE" .

Hi Vishnu,

Please ask you BC-ABAP team, in the meantime, please check following notes:
147568   PXA_NO_FREE_SPACE
103747   Performance: Parameter recommendations as of Release 4.0

Note 147568 explains in detail about the "PXA_NO_FREE_SPACE" dump
and Note 103747 has the recommendations for how to define the
parameter abap/buffersize.

Is need to free tables on transation SM12

moved from SAP ERP - Logistics Materials Management (SAP MM) to SAP NetWeaver Administrator

as this is not a MM application problem, it is a Basis problem which just effects MM activities, probably even more and other modules as well

Increse profile parameter  <b>abap/buffersize = 450000</b> in instance profile.

Further contact your BASIS team to complete this.

Once posted i am not able to see that Mat doc showing the error " Document 3000000 does not exist in calendar year 2012 "

Check in migo first by Selecting A04- Display and R02-Material Document. In SM13 you can then try to analyze the root cause for the posting failure.

How r u trying to view the document?

Please check in ST22 tcode and post the error screen shot.

For this you take help of your Basis guy. The error itself suggests no free space. Ask him to increase the buffer space
