TR to TO Conversion failed....

Hello Experts,

I have came across strange issue; where some of the TRs are not getting converted to TO via RLAUTA10 program. The details are given below:

For e.g.,

1. Production Order 1 created material staging TR for mat A, mat B

2. Production Order 2 created material staging TR for mat A, mat C

Now, in this case, the program RLAUTA10 picked up both the TR in to consideration, but it converting TR to TO for production order 1 for both material A & C whereas for second PO, it is converting TR to TO for mat C only and not for mat A, although we are having sufficient stocks for mat A in inventory and all pre requisite for auto conversion is maintained in the system.

This is quite repititive in nature.

Please note- I checked all SPRO setting and pre requisite foor auto TR to TO conversion, but everything looks fine here.

Any clue/ideas/insights on aforementioned are highly appreciable.
