Commodity Code is not coming from Material Master

Hi Experperts,

I am facing one issue.

I have configured Foreign trade module required for intrastat reporting. I have maintained Foreign trade import & export views , maintained commodity code there. The following problem is occuring-

1. In Delivery document FT/Customs view is coming but data is not automatically being proposed as per configuration . Even Commodity code already maintained in mateo be a standard material master is also not flowing from material master.

2. Similarly in Purchase order import tab is coming for EU PO but commodity code is not automatically flowing from material master.

This is supposed to be a standard functionality in SAO that commodity code will flow to transaction document from Material master foreign trade view.

Am I missing some thing in configuration or master data.

Hi Parijat ,

Please check whether your document is relevant for Export. Check the Value of the EXPKZ field in LIKP Table. It will tell you whether your document is export or not.

Yes this is standard functionality, however did you check the country of origin field is populated in delivery/PO documents? Also make sure these commodity codes are maintained for that country of origin in IMG.
