Error while accessing message monitoring

Hello experts,

When we are trying to access message monitoring in RWB we are getting error:

javax.ejb.CreateException: Unable to logon to system <SID> in language en with user PIRWBUSER.

Similar exception is coming when trying to access proxy runtime in component monitoring. Kindly assist in figuring out the issue.

Hi Monika,

Please check below 2 :

1. Log on in your ABAP Stack, go to SU01 and look for PIRWUSER user. It should have the same password and roles that you have J2EE XI system.

2. Also check the exchange profile parameters:

com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.name

com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.pwd

com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.lang

Hi Monika,

This error is due to user (PIRWBUSER) might be locked.Ask your security/Basis team to unlock the user and try again.
