Automatic stock posting while doing UD

Hello,

                       While doing Usage decision for an inspection lot, after accepting the inspection lot  in UD code - "Characterstics" tab, automatically the inspection lot qty should get moved to "Unrestricted usage"  instead of entering the inspection lot quanity manually in "Inspection lot stock" tab in QA32/QA03. Is there any configuration settings for configuring this requirement. Kindly provide the solution

Whije giving UD for material select ud code as A0 and save the lot by doing so qty is post to unrestricted without going to inspection lot  stock tab.

Dear BalaKrishnan

It depend upon the Ud code you have selected to do the UD, if indicator Stock Screen Backgrond is ticked against that code system will post the stock automatically, you neednot to post it manually.

Hi.

1. In QS 51. select cataloge 3. , plant and your selected set.

2. then on the code , in posting proposal column select 'to UR use"

3. Give check for "in background"

Hello Bala,

You can setup "Posting Proposal UD'' in selected set for your plant (Tcode-QS51).

Using this system will do stock posting in background automatically.

Check & revert.
