Hello Security gurus,
I have few questions about how SAP charges licenses.
1) When we send user data - do we have to include users from Test systesm - QAS, DEV also or just production instances?
2) I had a consolidated data via LAW_ADMIN from all other systems - BW, R/3, CRM systems. Should I send data from individual systems too?
3)Is there any way to get the users list by module - FI, MM, HR etc. I know ST07 gives only the current data.

Yes you should list all systems, but a user generally counts only once, that is why it is important to give users the same uid in all systems and assign the right license data.
