Projects spanning multiple years

Hi All,

I have two types of projects where one is cotrolled over Overall Budgets and other is controlled on Annual Budgets.

What are the actions that I have to perform at a yeard-end if these two types of projects are spanning over to next year.

Hi Sujit,

          If you are using IM for budgeting in projects then follow the following steps as year-end actions:

CJCF to carry forward commitments

CJCO to carry forward project budgets

IMCAOV to carry forward IM budget

IM27 Create new IM structure

IM27_REPEAT Carry forward measures and budgets to new structure

IM27_CLOSE Close the old IM structure (NOTE: Cannot be reversed)

IM22 Update new IM structure, eg. Add/delete nodes

Hi Sujith,

You need to perform year end activities like, Result Analysis and Settlement. In case of annual budget projects, carry forward budget to next year, if there is excess budget available.
