Hello experts,
All messages of our proxy interfaces are getting stuck in queues in ECC.
We tried to register the queues in sxmb_adm and also smqr, but they are not getting registered.
Kindly help us to find the issue here.
Thanks,
Monika
Hi,
have you tried checking SMQ2/SMQ1 - mayb they are already registered ?
btw
why would they not register ? any error or anything ?

Hi Michal,
Yes, messages get stuck in SMQ1/SMQ2, and we have to manually process them.
In sxmb_adm -> manage queues, we first deregistered, then registered the queues, and the system displayed a message: queues registered, but when we activated them, no such message was displayed.
So, we tried to register in SMQR, and the queues are not getting added in SMQR on registration.
No error is coming.
Thanks,
Monika
