'503 SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE' error while accessing Wily

Hi,

While accessing Wily http://<hostname>:<port>/webview we are getting the following error message:

HTTP ERROR: 503
SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
RequestURI=/webview

Powered by jetty://

Our Wily was working fine until Yesterday and here is the "IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log" file content:

We tried restarting Wily Enterprise Manager couple of times and this didn't help. We also tried restarting the Solman instance on this host, but no luck.

Hi,

what is your solution manager version, if it is 7.1, have you completed the initial/basic configuration without error.

And i would also like to know, wily webview was worked before, now stopped? or after the configuration it is not working?

have you checked the relevant sap notes like, 1559812 - Unable to connect to Wily Introscope Webview or Wily Introscope Workstation because of error "EM Failed to start. Java heap space", 1555241.

Also check the latest release note for your wily version.

The issue is resolved by restarting Wily Enterprise Manager after removing the lock file .fileTableLock under the following directory

/usr/sap/ccms/wilyintroscope/product/enterprisemanager/configuration/org.eclipse.osgi/.manager

fixed the issue.
