Solman_Workcenter not working

Hello All

When I execute solman_workcenter transaction in solution manager system , I am getting page not display as per attachment  .

Please advice ?

Hi Patrick,

Could you please check you have maintained host entry in hosts file at etc\hosts

Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

In hosts file please add following entry

192.168.xx.xx solmanhostname  solmanhostname.domain.com

Dear Clement,

Please read the information of  attached snap and contact with network team may be you are getting issue due to missing network parameters(DNS,Proxy etc).
