Hi,

We are facing problem in layout workbench,We have used SAP best practice document 713 for configuration.

At the end when we tried to transfer the layout module version to OAPC, system showed an error

"Could not determine TWSAI record for version 0002 of layout module SMALLSTORE-Message no. WRF_WLAY273"

TWSAI- Annual Season,

We have maintained vaid season in article master record

Hi Kevin,

I have not seen the error, but can you please check if validity of layout module version is in season you are trying to import.

Hi Raja,

There was some difference in dates of season and layout module version, I have corrected that and it has sucessfuly transfered to OAPC,

Hi Liu,

as stated above, you must ensure that validity of layout module version is in season of the OAPC you are trying to import. In detail:

- You have an OAPC for - lets say - season 0001 / 2014, this one is maintained in customizing with validity from 1st of January - 31th of March.

- The Layout Module Version you want to import into this OAPC must have a validity in this season, which means from 1st of January - 31th of March.

Hi Liu,

OAPC is created for a season. Season validity is defined in customizing, see SPRO --> Logistics - General --> Season --> Maintain Annual Season.

OAPC is created with transaction WRFAPC01. When creating OAPC, Season Year / Season and Rollout have to be assigned.

but i am using WLWBN to create OAPC not use WRDAPC01 to do it ,

in WLWBN there is no Season and Rollout,so there is a error: Could not determine TWSAI record for version 0002 of layout module SMALLSTORE-Message no. WRF_WLAY273"

i dont kow where is the date mained?

You cannot create OAPC with WLWBN. In WLWBN, you can assign articles to a layout module version. If you want to copie these articles for planning reasons into OAPC, then you can do it via WLWBN.

BUT: you have to create corresponding OAPC beforehand via WRFAPC01.

Hi Liu,

you should check your overall organizational settings. I think it is not possible (and very time consuming) to get your process work this way. Maybe you should try to get some onsite consulting.
