Two Transaction Types in Shopping Cart

Dear Experts,

While trying to transfer PR from ECC to SRM ,I'm getting only one Transaction Type in shopping cart Carry Out Sourcing -> Create Drafts RFx ->Transaction Types.

I have done the following

I have defined the Transaction Types in PPOMA_BBP .

I have defined the Hirearchy Templates for Transaction Type EXTR -> HIER_SE and for RFx->BIDX(Single Part) -> HIER_SRM and for RFx->BID(Two Part)->HIER_SM

Is there any furthur configuration that will have to be done ?

Please suggest.

Hi ,

We are in SRM 7.01 , ECC 6.0 EHP 4 .We finally could resolve this issue by making this change in

/SAPSRM/SE_CONF table .Removed the flag 'X' for Enable Hirearchy for Process Type:  BID .

Hi Monica,

How did you change this setting? It seems that the configuration is available if you activate service procurement but I think you said before you were not using service procurement.

We are in SRM 5 using transaction type BID. We are upgrading to SRM 7 and this transaction type is now forcing us to enter a hierarchy which we do not want. We could potentially use transaction type BIDX but we do not want to switch transaction types since there could be some implications.

We are not using Service Procurement But I see default entries in Service Procurement .Does this overrid our setting.If yes how do we avert this ??

Hi Monica,

As in the below screen shot from customizing since i have only one active Transaction type i can see only while under draft RFX, pls check from your side.
