CP Assignment in MM SUS

SRM 7.01 ECC 6.04 MM – SUS Scenario,

Hi Guys,

Need your input for MM-SUS scenario,

Does SUS supports assignment of same contact person user id to multiple supplier.

Business scenario is like this -  We have two supplier X and Y having same contact person CP1 . Consider contact person  CP1 is sitting at head office and managing subsidiaries X and Y

I can assign the contact person CP1 business partner to supplier X and Y through  BP relationship but when the contact person log on in SUS, he can see the PO created against supplier X only.

In the ‘Own Data’ details, only one business partner is available which is greyed out  and all the Po related to that BP is only available 

Business requirement is CP1 should be able to see the PO for both supplier id X and Y through same  user id,(SU01 –id)  no need to create  different contact person id for supplier Y as Cp1 is the same person expected to process the Po for Supplier Y

Any suggestion to map this requirement  please…

Hi P2P,

As far as I know, this is not supported as Vendor contact person is an SU01 user. And 1 SU01 user will see PO details for one vendor.
