Dear mentors,

while upgrading system from sap netweaver 7.0  SP 20  to sap netweaver 7.3 enhancement package 1

during preprocessing phase (SUM process),  we  getting below error message,

and also  provide the product instances list in SAP netweaver system,

Visal,

This upgrade will complete by after  two stack file generations,

1. upgrade all SAP ERP componets to SAP ERP EHP4 level

Note : SAP ERP product (EP-core product instance must be there)

(generate a stack file for  SAP ERP product  only(at this stage donot select the SAP netweaver product ))

if any other products other than ERP, we to upgrade that components also.

After upgrading All BP's and SAP_ESS, SAP PCUI_GP, SAP_MSS to ERP EHP4 level.

2. Now select the all product instances , generate a stack file, and do upgrade

Please check if tc~col~api was deployed in your system.

Dear Roman nikishenko,

thanks for giving reply, as per your suggestion we checked source system deployed list, but it is present in SDM list. and also we checked in the /upgrade/SUM/java/SID/JC00/j2ee/configtool/offlinecfgeditor.sh it is not there.
