Cancel or Post FM document

Hi guru.

I have created a budget allocation document using FMBB.

While saving, mistakenly my user had preposted(Parked) the document.

Using his user ID , I tried to posted it but system was generating some budget deficit problem.

While browsing the issue, misakely i UNDO the preposted document.

now the document staus is 4(Undone).

now I wanted to cancel this document or reset to Preposted.

I had tried by using FMDOCREV to cancel the document by I am not...

Help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

The only workaround I have found is to use the undone document as a template for a new document.  The menu path in FMBB is: Document > Create by Reference.  The undone document fiscal year and document number are needed. 

Not being able to resubmit undone documents doesn't add value; documents rejected in workflow are undone and naturally should be corrected.  I have looked for our users' sake and can't find a better solution so far than this workaround.

With the transaction you mentioned, you can reverse the document, not the action. Undone document will remain as such, as mentioned by Atif.

Hi:

As of my knowledge i do not think so there is any way to revert back from undo to prepost status. You will have to prepost documents again.
