Connection Error In SFTP Sender

Hi All,

Our scenario is SFTP to File(fcc).

When we send multiple files from sftp to file we got the following error in run time work bench from sftp adapter side.

"Exception received: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect"

what is the problem and what is the solution?

Please give us a helpful solution.

It seems that your PI server is unable to reach the SFTP server. This could be related to firewall issue. Check with the network team if the port is opened for SFTP server. From the PI server, you may try to telnet SFTP server.

Hi Vishnu,

I think you need to upgrade patch level for SFTP adaptor,check with basis team which version you are using and ask them to upgrade the patch level if you are using earlier version.
