Configuration OBIA and OBIB for Automatic Clearing (F.13)

HI,

I would like some information on configuring OBIA and OBIB to perform Automatic Clearing, when configured to OBIA OBIB the idea was that in all lines posting  the information release, but it does not satisfy,

What is missing or what is the error?
