Interactive forms impact on existing smartforms

Hi

I want to start using Interactive forms in one process in MM.

So far we are on SAP Smartforms/ Sapscritps with hundreds of forms developped and live in production environement.

To my understanding 1st I need to activate PDF Based forms in customizing (EHP4).

Does activating of PDF based forms have any impact on my existing Smartforms?

Hi Mariusz,

As long as other customizing is correct, Adobe form has no direct impact on existing smartforms.

However, it might happen, somewhere SAP up to now couldn't find ADS-Connection and switches to other forms. And after you configure ADS, SAP suddenly finds some standard adobe form if the customizing was not correct. I would say, this risk is very small and can be corrected quickly.
