Dear Experts,
In our process, we created Sales Order in ERP and created Outbound Delivery in TM.
So, when Outbound Delivery Order is created in EWM, it has Tranportation Planning Type = C.
Now, as a next step, I created shipment in ERP. IDOC has been processed in ERP system to send shipment to EWM system
But, the the processing of SHIPMENT idoc failed in EWM because of above error message (i.e. Shipment has Tranportation Planning Type = A).
Hence, the TU was not created in EWM. Is there a standard solution available for this scenario where we create Shipment in ERP instead of TM?
Can we change Tranportation Planning Type manually so that we can get through with this error?.
Please suggest.
regards,
Shetty
Hi,
why would you create a shipment in ERP when you have TM??? And if you want to plan in ERP, why would you set the planning type in EWM to "TM Plannning" (which I guess C means)?
