Java stack Issue in PI 7.3

Hi,

While I am login Java stack I am getting error below

1.Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.com.:8116/P4 See error logs for details

2. Internal error during authentication

I did some changes in Java webstart settings it is working now ...

Hi,

Also check your windows hosts file content for the first error.

If host file seems complete then check with your network team if all the network access are ok from your local computer.

Check if all your service users(ex:PIAPPLUSER,PIDIRUSER...e.t.c) are working correctly without any locks.
