Hi All!
We faced with a problem in our GRC system, the process of risk analysis can't be performed normaly and the analysis daemon doesn't reflect any information. We already applied notes 999785 and 1176363, but can't solve the problem. We made BGEAR application restart according to note 1176363 recommendations but it helps only for quite short period of time - we saw the processes table, but the thread statuses were "Stopped", not "IDLE". And then the table became blank again
After restart we checked the table virsa_cc_thread (as it was described in a note 1413764) to find records for active processes, but as soon as daemon stops working correct the records from the table disappear.
Also the log ccappcomp.0.log was checked as it was recommended in note 1552118, there were no java processes errors, but we found lots of errors this type: " Daemon idle time longer than RFC time out, terminating daemon [2968250]/usr/sap/SSD/DVEBMGS00/j2ee/cluster/server0/. Thread ID 5"
Can anyone make suggestions how to solve that issue?
Thanks in advance,
Kate
Hi,
Is it a new installation or system copy? Was this working earlier and suddenly stopped working? If it is system copy, then old system thread paths may still be there, preventing it to work.
Is RFC Timeout for Web Services / Background Job Worker Threads (minutes)" in RAR set to 1441?
Regards,
Sabita
