Data View Column Header Hidden

Hi,

The issue is with the specific users only. When user uploads the single product then he can see the column header i.e. W 48 2012, W 49 2012.... but when he uploads multiple products in the product total view,(Product total view means, the option we can get from selecting the 'cap' icon top left side and then sorting the header information by selecting the Product, location etc ) then he is unable to see the column headers. so please tell me how to unhide this column header?

Hi Vijay,

Can't replicate what Issue you are facing but I have few points to check.

   Column Header - Right Click - Period Information/Settings - check what settings have been maintained.

Else what might be happening that since you are detailing Characteristic's then Key Figure Column might be moving towards right. If so then use scrol bar.

If your is not resolved then pls attache screen shot of issue faced. It will help to provide solution.
