Hi experts,
I am facing next issue: I have defined a Alert Category in Integration Repository. This category has 3 variables. I have defined the text I want to show based on this 3 variables. Then I have add this alert inside a BPM.
I have checked in ALRTCATDEF that this alert exists, and I have configured the users I want to send it.
Now my BPM is sending the alert, but the texts that it is showing me are the text I have defined for that alert in ALRTCATDEF, not in integration repository. Althought I have defined the same 3 variables for that category in ALRTCATDEF, they are always shown as empty values.
So I have defined the category in ER, but the text ar comming from ALRTCATDEF, which are different and they are not getting the values from my BPM.
How can I configure the alert, firstly to get the text from category in ER, and secondly if i decided to use the text from ALRTCATDEF, to get the values of the variables defined for the alert category in ER. Is that possible?
