Issue in Solution Manager Upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1

Dear Gurus,

While upgrading Solution Manager from 7.0 to 7.1, during extraction phase I am getting following error:-

"Please enter mount points for the DVDs required for upgrade" even after giving the directory path where I have kept all the MOPZ downloaded files and the stack.xml file.

I found in note 1462137 that if I keep the following files in download directory and mention the path of these files in asked mount point paths hen problem will solved:

- SOLMAN 7.1 UM_USER_ENV for DBINDEP

- SOLMAN 7.1 UM_USER_ENV for <your_database>

But, issue is that I am not getting these files in SMP . Could you please guide me the path of SMP for AIX+Oracle environment to download the same.

Hello Nilutpal,

Please search for the following DVD in the SMP.

1. 51042611_2   -  Solman 7.1 SR1 UC-Kernel 7.20 AIX 64bit  (Considering Unicode System)

2. 51042611_16   -  Solman 7.1 UM_USER_ENV for DBINDEP

3. 51042611_3   -  Solman 7.1 UM_USER_ENV for ORA

## 2 & 3 is what you need.

I got the files and merged them as per note 1258173 and have given the path for download directory. At last the phase has gone through successfully.
