Payload Based search

Hi Experts,

I tried to configure payload based search in PI 7.3.

Steps i followed

1) create a filter.

2) Create extractor.

3) Activated the filter

If i trying to search in sxi_monitor it is not working.

Kindly tell me the steps,

Hi Baskar,

this link mentions about the configuration in 7.3 version. But I have done all the configurations like creation of filter and extraction also. But in sxmb_moni, the UDMS tab is not showing.

My version of PI is PI 7.11 SP5

I believe u r searching for Name field right?

in Extractor data Popup there is a mismatch.

Name : Employee (change this to Name)

xpath: ...../Personal/Name

Both should be same

Name: Name

xpath:....../Personal/Name

i.e in Name field you should give the exact field name what you are going to search.

try this,it must work.

Hi Ashish,

there you have it, you work on 7.11. In this version of PI the payload based search will not work. You'd have to program it yourself or upgrade to 7.30 or higher.
