Unable to add existing document to blueprint

Folks,

I'm trying to re-assign an existing documentation in Solution Manager blueprints but I'm not able to do so.

Here are the steps I followed.

1. Click the + button and select the option to link the document.

2. Search for the document that I want to add.

3. From the results list, select the document that I want to link. In this case - Demo Business Scenario Document L3.

4. Here's the error message. It says that this document type is not a part of my current project. This is not true as I've added this document type in my implementation project.

5.Here's what the help message says.

6. Here are the document types I've included in my template. Note: ZBP3 is a custom document type that I created.

Can anyone please advise of a fix? We are currently on Solution Manager 7.1 SP08.

Thanks Jansi,

The problem was that the "Several documents allowed" was un-checked for that document type. This limits the number of document of a certain type that I can assign to a node. In my case, I already had a document of that type in that node, hence Solution Manager would not allow me to add another one of the same type.
