GRC 10 : Error in the Work Inbox "Error while processing your query"

Hello everybody,

In GRC10 (SP9) I have an issue with Access Request Management module about the work Inbox.

The work Inbox generates the following message “Error while processing your query” when the approver checks his work Inbox.

The approver doesn’t receive notifications in his work Inbox and can’t approve or reject a request.

In my test scenario in the step Maintain Agents, the approver has been defined as the agent of his stage.`

How can the approver receive notifications in his Work Inbox?

Hi Sabrina,

Kindly also verify that the e-mail id is maintained for e-mail sender maintained in SPRO.

The Parameter is 1113 under param group Workflow for maintaining the email sender id. The e-mail id for this user needs to be maintained in SU01.

Thank for your answer.

I changed the parameter 1113 as requested but the Work Inbox sent the same error Message.

The note 1784144 and 1784227 didn't avalaible on the market Place.

The note 1759409 has corrected the problem.
