Hello again, a new question regarding this application
When i start testing this i find a few problems, and since i am not an abap'er i have to ask some questions
From what i see this application should replace the standard transaction IW31/32. But for me it looks that it just covers a minor part of the functionality. When creating operations that should trigger purchaserrequestion, i have to define things like purchasing group and material group in my user preferences, in standard GUI i get a pop-up if these data is not maintained, and we cant maintain it since the data need to be different for different orders.
Also several data items in the operations are gone, like standard text. Is there a place this application MT_ORDER_APP07 is documented?
Regards
Ivar
Which enhancement packages are you on? MT_ORDER_APP07 is a little limited. If you are on EhP5 or later, you should use the new FPM-based application.

Hello Ivar,
Actually, EhP6 has new FPM applications that contain much more functionality. I looked at it with my last customer and they loved it but had to delay it until they upgrade to EhP6.

If you are on EhP5, check the documentation on help.sap.com for security roles SAP_COCKPIT_EAMS_GENERIC_FUNC & SAP_COCKPIT_EAMS_MAINT_WORKER. You can also display it using transaction PFCG and then go to the menu tab. It will display a list of all new WDA applications. In EhP6, look at roles SAP_COCKPIT_EAMS_GENERIC_FUNC2 & SAP_COCKPIT_EAMS_MAINT_WORKER2. You will find the new applications there as well.

Thanks, have looked at these in Ehp5, but they are not good enough compared to standard GUI transactions, lots of fields are missing, simple use of PM is ok, but not advanced use as i see it. Have there been any development into Ehp6, the customer will implement that in the beginning of next year i think.
Regards
Ivar
