propose source of supply not displaying contracts

7.01 sp08  extended classic scenario

we create a shopping cart and assign a preferred vendor that has a contract. 

go into carryout sourcing for that shopping cart and click on propose source of supply and the contract is not listed.

we just upgraded from 7.0 sp09 to 7.01 sp08 - this was working prior to the upgrade.

we have implemented OSS note 1803427    The issue was our contracts are zero priced and the logic was such that it would exclude zero priced contracts.   This note allows us to choose to allow zero priced contracts.

We are past the first screen and are at the proposed source of supply so I'm doubtful this OSS note will help.

How are you creating your requirement:

1. Material Requirement or
2. Free text?

Also, are you distributing your contract or Local Contract?

If you are using Material requirement and have a local contract try to put Manufacturer Part Number in the contract and your SC requirement

There is a note Note 1728341 - Preferred supplier is not displayed in SOCO screen step 1 provided in SP 9 which may help in your case. Please take a look.
