Hi, I am facing the same problem exactly as written in following thread

http://scn.sap.com/thread/3215992 . This thread describes the workaround which could eventuelly resolving the issue.

My question is in which scenario once will encounter this problem? Unfortunately we are not able to find out the scenario to reproduce this error.

Hi,

One of the such cases that we found out is a situation when machines are sending Start/Complete requests to ME via Shopfloor XML Production Interface, and the system rule is set to accept client's timestamp. Sometimes it appears that timestamps of successive Start/Complete requests are mixed up. Then the system cannot resolve this itself but it creates RESOURCE_TIME_LOG records as requested that results in logical inconsistency.

Usually such case can be prevented by setting the system rule to False.
