Delivery Status

Dear All experts,

Everyday, i always check the delivery the non-complete by my user. the delivery will show me the status "Being Processed".

Does SAP has the standard report to check the delivery with above status?

Hi Ratana ,

The Delivery Document status will change to "Completed" only when the invoice is created with reference to it. Till then it will be in "Being Processed" status eventhough PGI is done.

Again the Status Being Processed is generic and it will not give in details.

When Delivery Is created, it will show the status as "Open"

When Picking, Packing and PGI is done, it will show as "Being Processed".

As i mentioned above, when the invoice is created, it will change to "Completed".

As suman mentioned, use T.Code VL06F and play with the status in the selection criteria to meet your requirement.. Refer the below screen shot.

If you want to check the deliveries with status "Being processed". Go with the TCODE VF04 it will bring only those deliveries whose status are "Being processed".

But VL06F has a lot of options so where do i find the delivery with Being Processed?

From the Menu bar go to Settings>>>Layout>>>Change and from the right hand side chose your desired one for status.

For your information the status for sales document will be available in table VBUK & VBUP.

Just check once.
