Transaction Variant for tcode VA02 not working

Dear Experts,

I create Transaction Variant ZTGVA02 for TCode VA02 to hide some field on Saels Order Line and assign the Transaction Variant into a new Tcode ZVA02.

P/s: The Transaction variant includes screen variants as below table.

When I change Sales Order by Tcode ZVA02, I also see all field on Sales Order Line, the Transaction Variant not working.

Howerver, If I run the Test Mode {F8} with Screen Variant ZTGVA02_4900 (tab Screen Variant on tcode SHDO), I only see fields that i required.

Hi Tran ,

Refer the below link which gives the details of the Transaction Variant creation.

Please make sure all the settings are done as required. Please check whether you assigned the variant to the document type as mentioned in the above document.

I can't assign the Transaction variant to the Document Type.

The error message:

Variant ZTGVA02 has not been defined for transaction VA01

Message no. VT383

Diagnosis

You have not defined relevant transaction variants for the transaction you just carried out.

Procedure

Define a variant for the transaction in Customizing. You can then assign it to the relevant order type using the transaction group (V_TVAK-TRVOG)."

Please show me how to solve this issue

Dear Vinu Nanjan,

I saw and update transaction variant BUS2032 as the link guides. Howerver, the transaction variant BUS2032 don't effect into screen 4900 of sales order line.

I can't insert screen variant of screen 4900 into transaction variant BUS2032.

Please let me know how to solve this issue!
