Hello
I have a solution Manager 7.1 with Help Desk scenario for VAR.
I have more than 20 customers in it with BP as expected.
But my new customers are not loaded from several weeks and i don't understand why.
The JoB REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT is running successfully.

Always bad issue .
I have 26 customers that are completed (Susers + Installations) in solution Manager
I find more than 25 new customer number with no name in the V_AISAPCUSTNOS
In the REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT logs, I find lot of messages :
User S000xxxxxx - System Data Maintenance authorization not found for customer YYYYYY
I Don't understand why it was working when we installed Solman an not now.
Do i have really to ask all my new customer to give me a Suser number ?
