Display incident by key user in solution manager 7.1 sp06

Hi Sap gurus!,

Once a key user creates an incident (type ZMIV) (roles ZSAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE_COMP and SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY_COMP) from  transaction SM_CRM (WebUi) and confirms it, he can display the list of messages under "my messages - reporter by me" but if he clicks in field "Id" for navigating to the incident, the first time he displays correctly the incident but when he tryes display it n times the fields of the incident are empty. Sometimes this sitiuation occurs at the fourth time, nineth time, ...

If I give the SAP_ALL profile for the key user he can display correctly the incident.

Could someone give us any idea?

Solution:

Deactivate the BAdI implementation CRM_SSC_AUTH_CAT_ORG of BAdI CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK
