Hello ,
We have the below scenario ,
In our project we have to replicate the Material classfication data for a particular material type into HANA DB which would be secondary database alng with R/3 database .
and we need to replicate the classification data which is available in R/3 tables like AUSP , KSKK , CABN etc ...
Please advise what would be the best way to achieve this wihtin SLT approach of HANA replication technique .
ALso please advise what would be the best way to fetch the data based of different search criteria from HANA to R/3 UI based reports ..
Thanks
Shishupal.
Hi
DD02L, DD02T and DD08L are the important tables that contain meta data information while using SLT approach.
These tables will be created while you are creating schema in SAP HANA, but the load process must be initiated by the SAP HANA developer.
Create transformation rules during selection of application tables to selectively filter all the data during replication process

Hello Shankar ,
We do not have BI in the picture in our landscape , Thanks for the reply !
Hello Vishwa,
Thanks for the reply !!!
Now we are in the process of defining search criteria for Material master from HANA , with webservices .
here user can give some Class/attribute etc for searching at R/3 side , which in turn connects to SLT system , from SLT webserice would be triggered to read the data from HANA , in this case Do we need to replicate all application tables which would contain the Materail classifiction data in R/3 to HANA ??
Regards,
Shishupal.

Shishupalreddy:
You need to configure standard extractor for BI within ECC to extract the master data clasification like you would do for BW extraction. Then, use the configured BI extractors to pull data into SAP HANA using DXC.
