Hi Rami,
Did you find a solution to this problem? I am facing the same issue on the same product EHP4 for ERP6.0. Pls share the solution.

Hi Rami,
In SAP market place logon to your company S user id ,then go to keys and license then selct your system ID (DTD) -->click on display-->in the below of display you will find two licenses i.e Component specific license and Maintanence licence.
Downlod maintanence to your desktop any apply same in DTD system SLICENSE t.code .

Dear Rami ,
Could you check your "Maintenance Certificate" from SLICENCE tcode , my suggestion is DELETE the maintenance certificate and get new one from service.sap.com and IMPORT it again..Also check the HARDWARE KEY is it match with your system or not...

Hi Rami,
Check out the system data in the data administration link in the service marketplace and go to License Key and Maintenance Certificate Tab. The issue may be that your maintenance certificate is expired. You can check it in the Valid until column for maintenance certificate.
If the date is expired, send a request to SAP to renew the maintenance certificate, else download the maintenance certificate from there and reapply in system using slicense.

Hello Rami,
As per SAP Note 1240265 - SPAM/SAINT: No valid maintenance certificate found
You can find more information about maintenance certificates on the SAP
Support Portal under http://www.service.sap.com/maintenancecertificate.
Let us know if you encounter any errors applying the cert.
