500 Internal Server Error in RWB

Hello Experts,

We have Proxy to SOAP Sync interface while i trying to push the data from RWB Integration Engine test tab with all the required details i am facing the following issue.

Error while sending message: 500 Internal Server Error

Previously it has worked but to day dont now system is behaving in strange way while pushing the data and i am able to open all IR and ID every thing.

Please suggest where issue can be is this some server related issue or any problem in NWA?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi Praveen,

At first you should to determine if the problem is from PI enviroment or not, testing your endopoint with the SOAPui program, in this way you can know if your third party webservice provider is ok, later you can test the scenario directly from the proxy. Finally you can try also with WSNavigator, depending of your PI version.

If you determine that the problem is inside PI, you can tell us, Which is your XI/PI version?

Have you patched your PI recently?
