Adding New Line Item to PO

Hi sap gurus,

can anyone tell me how to add new line items to the ordered po from the Shopping Cart?

Hi Sanjay,

SRM 7.0 / 5.5, if you want to add line item into an already existing PO, pre requisite is

SC should be in approved status and lies in sourcing cockpit.

As mentioned, select add item where you can find reference to shopping cart, input your SC number and system will populate the SC then you can select that SC, that will be added as a new line item into your PO.

Hi Sanjay,

You can add a new line item with reference to a shopping cart. Go to edit mode of the ordered PO and choose add item, where you can find an option to choose from shopping cart.

Remember, SC should be in approved status & also should be in sourcing cockpit (updated with source relevant indicator).

Can you explain this in detail...

After approving shopping cart it will goes to SOCO.. from SOCO i know how to create PO... but i was not clear of adding a line item to PO...

Can you please explain this in details...
