Business Partner - Error - during creation

Dear friends,

We have SAP PPM installed on the ECC server.

I'm not able to create Business Partner using T-code: BP.

I'm getting following error.

"Logical system  is not assigned to any logical systems group"

"Message no. /SAPSLL/CORE_LEG402"

Please suggest the possible ways to fix it.

Regards,

Amaresh Makal

Hi Amaresh,

there were some messages from other customers with the same problem, faced same error during creation BP.  As far as I see, the reason was always the missing entry as the message indicated.

I suppose, the GTS (Global Trade Services' is installed (or active) in your system, which requires the  assignment  of the message. Talk with your GTS (belongs to CRM?) consultant should help you further.

Kind regards,

Zhenbo

Hi Amaresh,

which dump did you get?

If there is no note can be found using the key words of the dump, you can raise a message for the component SLL-LEG-MDT-CBP (or check in the corresponding forum).

Kind regards,

Zhenbo

Hello Zhenbo,

Please refer the attached error screen shot.

I searched service market place for notes. It looks like there is no note available for this.

Do you have any solution for this error?

Hi Amaresh,

unfortunately I have no futher idea, maybe a customer message should be raised, so that the SAP can have a detailed look.

Kind regards,

THANKS FOR YOUR POST!

It helped me to find the correct solution, also in our system we had the same error message and we solved adding in customizing a missing entry in PPM system.

Transaction:SPRO

IMG Path: Global Trade Services-->System Communication-->Assign Logical System to a Group of Logical Systems.

I hope it help!

Hi Ernica,

I have the same problem encountered for one of the training system. I checked in the path you mentioned and seems its already assigned as mentioned in below screen shot.

Any further idea?

I found the answer myself. The solution is goto tcode SCC1. Select your client and display, here you can see the Logical system. This Logical system to be assigned to Logical system Group in the path mentioned by Ernica.

From the SCREENSHOT above, you have not selected a Value for the BP Grouping

Click the dropdown and select a BP grouping you have maintained in the system.

Facing same error here when saving BP on ECC.

The solution was to create new Logical destination and assigning it to the client on SCC4, exactly as described on the oss note 1027704.

Then error message /SAPSLL/CORE_LEG402 has been solved.

Thanks Sara.

I have already checked the OSS note you mentioned and this did not help me.

The configuration mentioned in the OSS note is already maintained.

Looking forward to more suggestions.

Thanks
