ROS questionnaire not opening. Shows Application loading

Hello Experts,

I configured the ROS scenario and was testing. I am able to receive the questionnaire via email. However, when i click the questionnaire link it keeps saying "Application Starting . . . " for ever. Any solution/advice/suggestion would be really helpful.

Hi Siva,

Couple of things.

1. In the  Create/Change Questionnaire (SPRO), display the questionnaire and check if everyting is okay

2. When it displays "Application Starting", please refresh the screen (press f5)

3. On the header data of questionnaire check if "direct update into application" is selected

Thanks for the repy.

1. Create/change questionnaire - checked

2. I am not able to refresh as the address bar gets frozen in few seconds except for the status 'Application Starting...' and an hour glass in the main area

3. 'Direct update into application' ; checked the questionnaire which is assigned for the material. Its maintained.

Still the same 😞 . . . Anymore pointer that i can check the in the configauration? or any other suggestion?
