English and Arabic text in Smartform

Dear experts,

I am working on a smartform(Leave request form) and all the texts(like Emp number,name etc) needs to be displayed in both English as well as Arabic language.

The form is created in english language and the english text appears to be fine whereas there is a problem with Arabic text.

The Arabic text should be displayed from Right to Left which is not happening.The sequence of the words also gets changed.I even tried by logging into Arabic language for maintaining the arabic text .

Please suggest.

Hi,

Do you use the AR language version of the Smart Form? i.e. when the application program calls the Smart Form function module, the parameter CONTROL_PARAMETRS-LANGU must be filled with 'A'. Also the device type used must be ARSWIN. Try these settings and check the result,
