Rebate Accruals

Dear Friends,

Please i want to ask about rebate agreement:

What can i do if i want the accruals to be calculated only if the sales volume of the customer reached 1000 in the billing documents because when i put accruals 1000 and scale from 1000 and he customer reached only 500 i found that accruals=500.

So please reply if any one knows the answer.

Please attach the screen shot of your accrual condition record. How you have maintained scales for it. Then we'll be able to analyze the issue in more depth.
