Q status -stop

hi,

I created file to idoc scenario. but in sxmb_moni its showing green flag and Q.status is STOP. what is means....

Hi,

Try to de register and register your queue from SXMB_ADM .

Also, try deleting the entry in the queue by double clicking on the Queue ID in SXMB_MONI and restarting your message.

Hi Manoj,

First check in smq2 as to why it is stopped and then proceed in solving the same.

If the queues are not registered, register them.

Hi Manoj,

It means queue in currently inactive.......

go to SXMB_ADM......Select the queue...........click register queues...click execute action.......then click activate queues.........click execute action....

Then your queue will be active and running......

now test your scenario again....now you will see chequered flag if your msg is successfully processed in SXMB_MONI.

i regesterd the Q . but while activating its showing error as " Error while activating queue XBTI* ".

Hi Manoj,

can you just ask some basis guy to do this thing.......may be you dont have permission for acivating a queue.....if basis guy are not able to actvate the queue, then can you tell in slighltly more detail this error.... you can see the system log of XI for seeing the complete error message.

you should admin rights tto do that . and also try to deresiter and resiter it again.

hi Manoj,

please see if their is any error in queue status. IF no error exhists and says record for preocessing then Queues need to regristered.

register your queues by going in to SXMB_ADM-> Register Queue and activate the queues

It means, your msg is stuck in the queue, in SXMB_MONI click on the queue name and drill down. There you can find the reason for the error.
